In association with the public library of Zoetermeer, the Netherlands Liquid Sphere developed an application to automate the following processes:

• The administration of members
• The administration of swap members (members who are not categorized as normal members, like elderly in a geriatric home who get their books delivered at home)
• Generating and sending of contribution bills to the members
• Generating and sending of reminders to members who have not paid. This is done with standardized letters
• Generating and sending of reminders to members who have not returned their materials(books, magazines and multimedia products) in time
• Administrating materials which are linked to follow-up-charges for different kind of members(budget/non-budget)
• Making summary lists available
• The administration of the users of the system
• Giving rights to users of the system
• The administration of geriatric homes
• The administration of the locations of the different libraries
• The administration of the standardized letters
• The administration of incoming reading materials
• The administration of the bills of incoming reading materials
• Report module for the bills of incoming reading materials
• The administration of publishers
• The administration of circulation lists
• The administration of templates for the circulation lists
• Database maintenance
